Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by K. Silkworth.
Board members present: Bonnie Elliott, Bryan Landis, Sherry Boudreau, Kelly Silkworth, deputy clerk Gina Feichtenbiner, Absent: Robin Double

Insurance discussion- Kelly doing research on what is covered in the township through our existing insurance.

Hall Rental Rates:
-Setting up on Friday will cost additional $50.00 for resident and non-resident

EMS from Ryan Knoph: 9 calls, respond to 5 of them, 382 should be all light and sirens sometime this month and state inspected by mid-March. If ambulance is gone…end of Ryan Report
