FD/EMS No activity this past month. Ryan and I have been working on outfitting the new rescue truck. And I’m still waiting on some quotes for turnouts. We already paid for the stickers, lights and siren for the truck. And we are waiting on an 800 radio that sheriff Willour ordered through the 911 commission. So, things are coming together. That’s all I have for this month. Thank you. end of Brad report

EMS from Ryan Knoph: August to September Ems Report. No runs were made. Still waiting for 382 to be wired for lights and sirens. Still looking like a month or so out. I’ll attach another email with rear cargo storage system for the back of 382 to store medical supplies and needed equipment. Working on getting 381 licensed as a response unit until 382 is ready for inspection. Have an inspection set up for next week to get and to complete the vehicle downgrade license. Will update when that is complete. Have a person interested in joining EMS even though we won’t be able to transport. The question of the day is. Will township still pay for that person to take the class like in years past?  They are paying people to take the class up to $2000 if class is completed and joining a department. The class cost $1300 Tim said. So, I need to know what to tell this person. Yes, they can still take it and townships pays the 1300 but person pays back the 1300 when they receive their payment for taking the class? Township won’t pay?  The person is already an Inwood township firefighter.

And did the board say they will reimburse us for anything we need to do to get that truck ready? Fire and EMS is taking care of the lighting and stuff. Just looking for an answer for that cargo storage system. End of report

Approve Cargo Storage System for the back of the EMS non-transport unit at $1599.99 Motion B. Landis, Support B. Elliott AIF M/C
