Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by K. Silkworth.

Board members present: Bonnie Elliott, Bryan Landis, Sherry Boudreau, Robin Double, Kelly Silkworth

Old Business

Ballot Box update. Cement slab is poured for new ballot box when it arrives, Old ballot box can be used if the new one isn’t here in time. Camera will be installed from Sinetech.

Floor Scrubber update. Was delivered today, bill is $418.90 for new squeegee, cord and a gallon of cleaning solution.

New Business

K. Silkworth to purchase draft stoppers for underneath hall doors.

Send K. Silkworth to Governance training that the city is providing for $195.00. Motion R. Double, Support B. Elliott AIF M/C

 Election Training.

-Gina F to complete modules on eLearning (online) to stay up to date for Qualified Voter File access

-Carpool, if possible, when attending election trainings

 FD/EMS From Brad Benard: We had two calls this past month. A pipe burst in the bathroom in the barn, Hoholiks has been called. We bought our side by side for the corn roast already. It will be a full-size Polaris 1000 six-seater 2024. We picked up a few battery-operated tools for extrication such as a cut off saw and angle grinder. They will help a lot and we won’t have to worry about a motor not starting. That’s all I have for this month-end of Brad report
