Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Supervisor Kelly Silkworth.

Old Business

Put $175,000 out of the general fund into a CD at Manistique Federal Credit Union for a period of 3 months at a percentage rate of .30%. Motion B. Elliott, Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Inwood Township to send certified letter to Thomas Kitzman, former Inwood Township Assessor to recall paper assessment cards that have not been returned.

New Business

Gina Feichenbiner (Election Chair) to take Qualified Voter File training

Received State Revenue Sharing Report; population is down 11 percent or 79 people which puts us at 654 people.

The Township did sign a contract with the Schoolcraft County Treasurer's Office to do the printing of the tax bills, this will be the first year the Treasurer's Office is printing the tax bills. This service used to be provided by Schoolcraft County Equalization's Department, which they no longer offer.

What is being questioned is the charge of $1.85 per parcel that the Township is being charged by the Schoolcraft County Equalization Department for essential duties and services that need to be provided to the township's when Delta County only charges $0.90 per parcel.

Assessors Contract-Dylan Jurasin, current assessor in now insured, coming to next month’s meeting to discuss new contract with Inwood Township.

Pay for a water pump for #361 tanker at a cost of $763.80 and materials for 10 new picnic tables for Fire Department pavilion at a cost of $1,648.94. Total for both is $2,412.74. Motion K. Silkworth, Support B. Landis AIF M/C
