Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Supervisor Kelly Silkworth.

Board members present: Bonnie Elliott, Bryan Landis, Sherry Boudreau, Robin Double, Kelly Silkworth

Acceptance of previous meeting minutes from October with corrections as presented by Clerk Robin Double. Motion B. Elliott, Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Acceptance of financial report as presented by Treasurer Sherry Boudreau. Motion B. Elliott, Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Schoolcraft County Road Commission presented 2021-2022 gravel road report.

 Approve Schoolcraft County Road Commission to write letter for FLAP (Federal Lands Access Program) grant with Inwood Township support. Motion B. Landis. Support R. Double AIF M/C

 Advertise for a Sexton in Advisor

 Board of Review meeting changing from Tuesday December 14^th to Wednesday December 15^th. Motion B. Landis, R. Double AIF M/C

 Budget Amendment. Take $1,000 from Building and grounds and put it in public works, move $5,000 from Building and Grounds and into Public Safety works. Motion B. Elliott, Support R. Double AIF M/C

 Auditors estimates-tabled

Now certified, just waiting for licensure in the mail

Correspondence

Desjarden Plow bids: $70 for township hall and $35 for fire hall each plow. Motion R. Double. Support S. Boudreau AIF M/C

Payment of Outstanding Bills

Township deposits in the amount of $13,681.77, payments in the amount of $5,890.60 Motion B. Landis, Support B. Elliott, AIF M/C
