Garden Bay Winery would like to change
their name to Yooper Winery, wine is made in Menominee just sold in
current location by U.P. Tire. It will remain a wine tasting
establishment, nothing will change but the name. Motion Cindy

FD/EMS
FD-snowmobile fire, tank is being
painted, tanker is at Freightliner being inspected, took longer than
expected, delivery February and March. 3 new members to take
firefighter 1
EMS –power cot will be ordered $10,000
grant but the total is 16,000 EMS has 4,000 left from trans Canada
grant and Fire Department will chip in rest. Asked township for $200
for food for their annual Christmas party, Motion Cindy Watchorn,
Support Robin Double AIF M/C receipts will be brought to Robin and
check made out.
EMT class is put off until fall, also
they voted on not to pay for the class and want the township to pay
$300 per person. Cindy Swayer would like a wage increase, tabled
until next month
