Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Supervisor Kelly Silkworth.

Public Comment
Tom Kitzman spoke about his years of service as assessor for Inwood
Township. Kelly Silkworth asked if the board wanted to make a motion
to have Tom reinstated as Township assessor, no motions made. Kelly
Silkworth also stated that Tom is to return his keys and computer to
the hall within the next couple weeks.
John Miller made a comment to have an evaluation process set up for
employees in the future.
Old Business
One hall rental scheduled in June which is to be canceled, no
rentals in June.
New Business
Dust control Contract for Inwood Township, accept contract, Motion
Cindy Watchorn, Support B. Landis AIF, M/C
Pay off Town Hall. Motion Cindy Watchorn, Support B. Landis AIF, M/C
Confirmed Spring clean-up date is scheduled for June 8-13 Mon-Sat.
Inwood Township residents can bring 600 pounds of trash, we will pay
extra 10 for each mattress brought in.
Kelly Silkworth is asking to be added to checking account so she can
overlook account and ask questions about accounts. Confirm with MTA
to be sure
Jeffery Latulip purchased Garden Bay Winery and is looking to open
it as a micro-brewery and offer beer tasting, tabled until next
month
Cemetary update from Kelli Stapleton, we can sell lots again.
