Pledge of allegiance was said

Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Supervisor Kelly Silkworth.

Board members present:  Cindy Watchorn, Bonnie Elliot, Bryan Landis, and Robin Double.

Acceptance of meeting minutes from October 16, 2019 presented by Clerk Robin Double. Motion B. Landis, Support Cindy Watchorn AIF M/C

Accepted the financial report as presented by Treasurer Cindy Watchorn. Motion B. Landis, Robin Double Support, AIF M/C

Old Business

Cemetery update: Kelli Stapleton suggests a cemetery software, Cemify is cloud based and is $399 per year that includes professional mapping. Cost per acre to get it started is $350 and they come out to do it. Have to reissue certificates to those who were issued wrong lot number, spots are same but the descriptions are different.

New Business

Bid by DesJarden Excavating for snow removal for Township Hall is $75.00 every time and $25.00 for Fire Hall, includes shoveling, Motion Bonnie Elliot, Brian Landis support, AIF, M/C

FD/EMS

F.D. – need to look into furnace maintenance bill, very high

EMS –Five people to take new EMT class, cost is $1,300 per person, up to $1,000 dollar scholarship plus physicals, and TB tests. Brad Benard, Danielle Swayer, Scott and Danielle Lee and Preston Swayer are the students. Discussion on having EMTs pay for payment of classes; Township will reimburse $300 per student who complete and pass the course. Tabled until Cindy Swayer has a meeting in December to discuss payment with her board and makes sure class is going to take place

Correspondence

Open ice skating for Inwood Township residents is free, cost is $4 per person for Township, and Township has $84 carried over from last year. Motion to send them $200 to continue offering this, Motion Bonnie Elliot, Cindy Watchorn support, AIF, M/C

Payment of Outstanding Bills

Payment of outstanding bills in the amount of $9,302.46 and deposits of $13,208.15, with a balance of $344,730.48 Motion to accept. C. Watchorn, Support Brian Landis AIF M/C
