Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Supervisor Kelly Silkworth.
Board members present:
Cindy Watchorn, Bonnie Elliot, Bryan Landis, Kelly Silkworth, and
Robin Double.
Acceptance of amended meeting minutes from June 19, 2019 and
Acceptance of previous meeting minutes presented by Clerk Robin

New Business

FD/EMS
F.D. – small brush fire in Thompson, Corn Roast was a success, new
truck has been ordered with a January or February delivery. The down
payment has been paid.
EMS –recent inspection assured that the ambulance is compliant

Payment of Outstanding Bills
Payment of outstanding bills in the amount of $16,347.68 and
deposits of $4,208.36. Balance of 417,219.36 Motion to accept. B.
Landis, C. Watchorn Support AIF M/C
Kelli Silkworth asks if the township would be willing to pay Kelli
Stapleton an hourly wage and gas mileage to get the cemetery where
it needs to be. Decision is tabled until next meeting
