Pledge of allegiance was said

Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Supervisor Kelly Silkworth.

Board members present: Cindy Watchorn, Bonnie Elliot, Bryan Landis, Kelly Silkworth, and Sara Roberts.

Acceptance of previous meeting minutes presented by Clerk Sara Roberts. Motion B. Elliott Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C

Accepted the financial report as presented by Treasurer. Motion S. Roberts Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Old Business

New Business

Approval of budget for 2019-2020 fiscal year of $275,000. Motion S. Roberts Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C

$200 to be donated to the 2019 Big Bay de Noc Easter Egg Hunt. Motion C. Watchorn Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Amending 2018-2019 Budget. $9,500 to be taken from the Town Hall account. $9,000 to be moved to Assessor and $500 to Township. Profit and Loss to be presented at every meeting. Motion B. Landis Support S. Roberts AIF M/C

2019 Spring Cleanup is scheduled for June 17^th thru noon on June 22^nd. 600lbs at $0.825 per pound allowed for each Inwood Township resident. They will now be accepting mattresses and box springs, but no televisions. Habitat for Humanity is no longer taking televisions. Motion S. Roberts Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Public Comment

Discussed barking dog ordinance. Still on hold until Spring. Ed Rondeau is concerned with other noises that could pertain to the ordinance. If there was a change in an ordinance it would be Township area known and everyone would be notified.

Payment of Outstanding Bills

Payments made in the amount of $7,780.94 and deposits in the amount of $66,682.56.
