Pledge of allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth Supervisor.
Board members present: Cindy Watchorn, Kelly Silkworth, Bryan
Landis, Bonnie Elliot with Sara Roberts absent.
Accepted previous meeting minutes as presented by Clerk. Motion B.

Old Business
New Business
-2018-2019 Budget proposed. Motion to accept C. Watchorn Support B.
Elliot AIF M/C
-Spring cleanup scheduled for April 30th - May 5th. 600lb limit for
Inwood residents. If people come in with mattresses and televisions
the Township will be charged for those items. Board was notified
that if people have televisions or mattresses that Habitat Restore
will take those things for no charge. Motion to accept the 600lb

-$200 donation was made for the Big Bay de Noc Easter Egg Hunt for
March 31st.
-Estimation for getting air conditioning for the hall is going to
run approximately $5,200. There has been people that have made
requests for getting it. Going to propose estimates for April’s
meeting.
-Town hall water leaked from the furnace room into the office
beginning of March. Paul’s Plumbing opened up the septic tank and it
was solid ice. Paul’s was able to thaw the ice. Not enough use to
keep water from freezing. Contacting DesJarden’s this summer to look
at options for depth or if a heating core will need to be put in.
-TriCounty Fire Department sent a thank you letter for the $2,000
given for northern coverage in the past. Money was applied to
vehicle maintenance costs. Invitation was given for their yearly
fundraiser in July. Motion to send another $2,000 C. Watchorn
Support B. Elliot AIF M/C
FD/EMS
-F.D. – no fires.
EMS – 2 out of the 3 students passed their State Test and now can
start running as EMTs.
Correspondence
Public Comment
-Wondering if there has been a noticeable difference in expenses
comparing the old hall and the new – propane, electric, etc. Board
will look into it.
-Concerned about the price of air conditioning for the hall.
-Wants to move Public Comment section before New Business on the
agenda.
-Discussed the budget and Fire Department money.
Payment of Outstanding Bills
Payments made in the amount of $9,210.02 and deposits in the amount
of $63,287.34. Motion B. Landis Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:23pm was made by C. Watchorn
support B. Landis AIF M/C
