Meeting was called
to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth Supervisor.
Board members
present: Cindy Watchorn,
Kelly Silkworth, Bryan Landis, Sara Roberts with Bonnie Elliot
absent.
Accepted previous
meeting minutes as presented by Clerk. Motion S. Roberts B. Landis

Accepted the
financial report as presented by treasurer. Motion B. Landis Support

Old Business
Cemetery Plots,
Wage Scale, and Town Hall Rental Fees to be approved. Motion C.
Watchorn Support S. Roberts AIF M/C
New Business
-Issues on Corner
Lake Road up Highway 13. Alger County to make a deal with Federal
Government on property. Residents have been having problems with
certain loans due to their location on this road.
-Budget Report
presented for March meeting. Balancing budget evening of February
21. Some money has to be moved in order to balance on the profit and
loss. Motion S. Roberts Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C
FD/EMS
-F.D. – Helped
with a snow mobile accident. Had to close the road. Individual
suffered from two broken legs. -Locks are working on the doors at
the Fire Hall. -Bulbs are being replaced for the furnace light
outside. Approx. $6,300 for old Sidetracks property. Up for
discussion when Board receives paperwork.
-EMS – Three
people have passed the EMT class. Waiting for their State Test to
get scheduled.
- Cindy wanted to
revisit wages. She currently gets paid $10 for AccuMed runs – asking
to be increased to $15 per run sheet. Runs vary between 20-40 per

Correspondence
-Letter from UPSET
for donations – letter declined. $20 remaining in open skate balance
with Manistique Recreation, sending out another $200. Motion C.

-Received a letter
pertaining to a $2,000 grant towards planting trees in the township,
will be looking more into it.
Public Comment
John Osterhout
from the Road Commission introduced himself and said the he is
looking forward to working with Inwood Township.
Payment of Outstanding Bills
Payments made in
the amount of $10,802.13 and deposits in the amount of $18,685.74.

meeting at the Inwood Township hall were: John Osterhout, Loren &
