Pledge of allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth Supervisor.
Board members present: Tammy Rochefort, Cindy Watchorn, Kelly Silkworth, Bryan Landis, and Bruce Spaulding
Accepted previous meeting minutes as presented by clerk. Motion B. Landis Support T. Rochefort AIF M/C
Accepted the financial report as presented by treasurer. Motion B. Spaulding Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Fire department pavilion needs painted motion made to pay for half of the painting expenses not to exceed $250.00 C. Watchorn Support B. Landis AIF M/C

New town hall update still on track for October completion

FD/EMS
FD- Received $500.00 donation from Cloverland to purchase highway safety equipment
Grant thru Enbridge for bush truck equipment and new corn pit has been built

EMS-Sheriff is still working on getting text paging in effect, received a grant from Enbridge, and had an extraction training.

Hall pavilion cheaper to insure as attached or detached
Candidate clarified intentions and asked for local support in upcoming election

Payment of Outstanding Bills
Payments made in the amount of $18,406.72 and deposits in the amount of $13,016.80. Motion B. Spaulding Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:17 p.m. was made by C. Watchorn Supported by B. Spaulding AIF M/C
