Pledge of allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth Supervisor.
Board members present: Tammy Rochefort, Cindy Watchorn, Kelly Silkworth, Bryan Landis, and Bruce Spaulding
Accepted previous meeting minutes as presented by clerk. Motion B. Landis Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C
Accepted the financial report as presented by treasurer. Motion T. Rochefort Support B. Spaulding AIF M/C

Old Business

New Business
Chloride was applied to roads last week. Will need to have map and ride along set for next year.

Motion for B.O.R to set alternate dates if necessary in July and December 2016 Motion C. Watchorn Support K. Silkworth AIF M/C

New pavilion to be attached to new town hall estimate from Cross Construction $40,000.00 approximately 2000 sq ft. Motion to accept bid for pavilion C. Watchorn Support B. Landis AIF M/C

New town hall update- Drawings are in Lansing and Cross Construction will be breaking ground next week.

FD/EMS
FD- Waiting on grant, updates on all vehicles, gear ordered. Tarp for pumper was lost estimate to replace $458.22 Motion to pay $458.22 B. Spaulding Support B. Landis AIF M/C

EMS Training being held June 26th, 35 run sheets have been submitted for payment, blood pressure cuff had problems was sent in and repaired.

Payments made in the amount of $13,046.39 and deposits in the amount of $12,094.71. Motion C. Watchorn Support B. Spaulding AIF M/C

Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:18 p.m. was made by B. Landis Supported by B. Spaulding AIF M/C

Others present for the regular meeting at the Inwood Township hall were: Becky Knoph, John Weimer, Bill Anderson, Barb Foor, Terry Brooks, Sandy Brooks, Jan Carley, Pat Carley, Cindy Swayer, and Bonnie Elliott.
