Pledge of allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth Supervisor.
Board members present: Tammy Rochefort, Cindy Watchorn, Kelly
Silkworth, Bryan Landis, and Bruce Spaulding
Accepted previous meeting minutes as presented by clerk. Motion B.

Accepted the financial report as presented by treasurer. Motion B.

Old Business
Accu-med accepting credit card payments for ambulance bills. Motion
B. Landis Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C
New Business
Travis Cross for update only on new town hall production.
Cemetery mowing for 2016 bid received from Jean Anderson. Motion to
accept Jean Anderson’s bid $225.00 per mowing & weed whipping with
adjustable amount when only weed whipping needs to be done K.

Old town hall salvage updates - Table
New cemetery clean up dates April 25 – May 5, 2016 Tammy will run ad
FD/EMS
New fire chief is Loren Swayer Sr. Fire department members attended
safety training with Enbridge earning fire department $250.00 and
qualifying them to apply for additional grant money. Upcoming
training April 30th at MHS members will be notified.
EMS attended training earning EMS $250.00 and qualifying them to
apply for additional grant money. Upcoming training end of May for
new equipment.

Payment of Outstanding Bills
Payments made in the amount of $26,911.34 and deposits in the amount
of $86.15. Motion C. Watchorn Support B. Spaulding AIF M/C
Motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:21 p.m. was made by C. Watchorn
