Pledge of allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth, Supervisor.
Board members present: Kelly Silkworth, Tammy Rochefort, and Cindy Watchorn.

New Business
Choose town hall contractor Bob Knoph tabled at regular meeting so he could present design build at February regular meeting. Tabled choosing contractor until February 17, 2015 regular meeting per regular meeting minutes. Motion K. Silkworth Support C. Watchorn AIF M/C

Motion to adjourn at 6:03 p.m. Motion C. Watchorn Support T. Rochefort AIF M/C

Others present for the special meeting at the Inwood Township hall were: Keith Rochefort, Mary Rochefort, Steve Schmeck, Sue Robishaw, Bob Knoph, Pat Carley, and Jan Carley.
