Pledge of allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7 P.M. by Kelly Silkworth Supervisor.
Board members present: Tammy Rochefort, Cindy Watchorn, Kelly Silkworth, Bryan Landis, and Bruce Spaulding
Accepted previous meeting minutes as presented by clerk. Motion B. Landis Support B. Spaulding AIF M/C
Accepted the financial report as presented by treasurer. Motion B. Spaulding Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Old Business
Old cemetery and ball field mowing $50.00 per mowing by Jean Anderson as needed Motion C. Watchorn Support B. Landis AIF M/C

New Business
Chlorine contract with Bay Dust Control 8000 gallons @ $0.75 per gallon Motion C. Watchorn Support B. Landis AIF M/C

Contract with road commission for chlorine on Ostlander Lake Motion C. Watchorn Support T. Rochefort AIF M/C

Spring cleanup had 29300 lbs collected

New town hall update perk test has been done, waiting for permits, getting bids for driveway and parking lot, meeting with electrical engineers next week and prints have been submitted to the state.

FD/EMS
Grant has been completed takes 4 to 6 weeks to process.

EMS text paging completed, pediatric senor has been purchased, and have 1 more document to scan to AccuMed for credit card payments.
